Fun Facts!

DID YOU KNOW?


You have more than 600 muscles in your body?
Your heart is a muscle?
Exercise makes all of your muscles (including your heart) stronger?
Exercise makes you feel happy and puts you in a better mood?
Exercise can include playing games?

Playing games?  Yup!  Anything that gets you moving and sweating is EXERCISE!  Here are some examples:
  1. freeze tag
  2. red light, green light
  3. basketball
  4. frisbee
  5. soccer
  6. jump rope
  7. kickball
  8. baseball
